These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of buggyzone.ro and your booking of off-road buggy and ATV tours operated by BuggyZone in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The operator

2. Bookings & payment
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment / deposit is received.
- Prices listed include applicable VAT.
- Bookings are personal and non-transferable without prior approval.
3. Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour start.
- Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% charge.
- No-shows: 100% charge.
- If we cancel due to weather or operational reasons, you receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
4. Eligibility & safety
- Drivers must hold a valid driving license. Passengers may be from age 4 with a parent/guardian.
- Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Helmets and protective equipment are mandatory and provided by us.
- Participants follow the guide's instructions at all times.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a safety risk, with full refund.
5. Liability
Off-road driving carries inherent risk. By participating, you acknowledge this and waive claims for personal injury, property damage or loss arising from normal tour activities, except where caused by our gross negligence. We carry mandatory civil liability insurance as required by Romanian law.
6. Damage to vehicles
You are responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by reckless driving, ignoring guide instructions or driving under the influence. The repair cost will be invoiced separately.
7. Photo & video
We may take photos / videos during the tour for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear, please tell the guide before the tour starts.
8. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid 12 months from issue date, non-refundable but transferable. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cluj-Napoca.
